Description

Currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation, this third-floor residence in Lista is being transformed into a fully updated contemporary home. Once completed, the property will offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms within an exterior-facing layout in Madrid's Salamanca district.

The project follows a clean and understated design approach, with renewed materials, finishes and installations forming part of the refurbishment. The completed interiors will provide a refined, neutral setting that can be adapted to a wide range of furnishing and decorative styles.

Its exterior position brings daylight into the principal rooms and contributes to a greater sense of openness. The planned layout creates a clear distinction between the shared living spaces and the more private accommodation, with comfortable circulation throughout.

Three bedrooms will provide flexibility for different lifestyles. Alongside family use, one room may readily serve as a private study, guest bedroom or multifunctional space. Two bathrooms will complete the accommodation.

The ongoing renovation addresses the property as a whole, updating both its appearance and its technical installations and finishes. Once the works are completed, the residence will be delivered fully renovated, removing the need for its future owner to undertake an additional refurbishment.

Lista retains a strong neighbourhood identity within Salamanca. Diego de León, Mercado de la Guindalera, Goya and Paseo de la Castellana are all within easy reach, placing restaurants, shops, everyday services and excellent transport connections nearby.

Currently in the process of renovation, this exterior third-floor residence will emerge as a contemporary three-bedroom home in one of Salamanca's most established residential neighbourhoods.
