A generous living area and recent renovation in Lista

A recent renovation has given this 125 sqm third-floor residence in Lista a distinctly contemporary character, balancing generous shared spaces with a particularly well-resolved private area.

At the heart of the home is an expansive open-plan setting where the living room, dining area and integrated kitchen come together naturally. Removing unnecessary divisions enhances the sense of space and creates a continuous environment with room for different uses, while the property's exterior-facing position brings natural light into the main living areas.

Rather than being treated as a separate functional room, the kitchen forms part of the overall interior design and social experience. It creates a more informal and connected way of living, equally suited to everyday routines and evenings spent entertaining.

The renovation follows an elegant and enduring approach, combining quality materials, carefully executed finishes and contemporary solutions without overworking the interiors. The result feels refined yet understated, allowing proportion, light and craftsmanship to shape the atmosphere.

Three bedrooms provide a comfortable degree of privacy. Two feature their own en-suite bathrooms, while the third is served by a separate full bathroom, creating a versatile arrangement for family members and guests alike.

Lista retains a strong residential identity within Salamanca district, with local shops, restaurants and everyday services woven into the neighbourhood. Goya, Castellana and Madrid's Golden Mile are also within easy reach, placing some of the capital's most established shopping and dining destinations close at hand.

Recently renovated and thoughtfully arranged, this is a home where an expansive open-plan living space and integrated kitchen set the tone for contemporary life in Salamanca.
