Luxury Apartments in Jerónimos

Stock is extremely scarce: just a handful of streets (Alfonso XII, Espalter, Ruiz de Alarcón, Alberto Bosch) where homes with park or Botanical Garden views sell within hours. Some of the highest residential transactions in the capital's history have been signed here.

The Prado Museum, the Royal Botanical Garden, the church of San Jerónimo el Real and the Royal Spanish Academy complete a monumental setting unique in Europe, with Retiro Park as the front garden.
